Meet Dr. Keller
Dr. Scott T. Keller, D.O. FAAFP is the Medical Director of Grace Village Medical Clinic in Clarkston, Georgia which is a cooperative ministry of the Atlanta CMDA Chapter and Grace Fellowship Church that has served the refugee and indigent population for the last 7 years.
Dr. Keller is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University and a Professor at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia. Dr. Keller received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University, D.O. degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency at Brentwood/Case Western University in Cleveland, OH.

Meet Shelly Harper, FNP-C
Shelly Harper is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia in 2013. She worked as a critical care nurse at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia until earning her Master in Science degree in 2019.
Meet Jill Mattingly, DHSc, PA-C
Jill Mattingly, DHSc, PA-C is a Family Medicine Physician Assistant. She received her Doctor of Health Science from Nova Southeastern University, her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Emory University School of Medicine, and her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Western State Colorado University.
She has 24 years of clinical experience as a physician assistant (PA), working in a variety of clinical settings including family medicine, internal medicine, addiction medicine, and integrated medicine in the Atlanta area. She also volunteers as a family medicine PA at Grace Village Medical Clinic in Clarkston, Georgia. She is the Program Director and Chair of the Department of Physician Assistant Studies in the College of Health Professions at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA.
